Nice new renders :D

I actually think there might be some chance of your design working, take a look at the classic Gee Bee racing plane > click here < - now if this isn't a crazy design then neither is yours ;)

BTW I like the interior, the seating actually looks really comfortable - and the controls seem a bit like a Cessna's! How long and complicated was making the propeller?

Those are really nice! I can't wait for the final animation.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAH. Phillip! Go on with the McLaren Tutorial, I wanna do that, too :D.

Kvaalen 17-02-2003 11:30 PM

Very cool!
It looks like you might want to give it a higher subpatch level in some places.

Mark 17-02-2003 11:30 PM

Woah... Can I have a cockpit like that for my car? Can I? Can I? :D :D :D

CAClark 17-02-2003 11:39 PM

Thanks!

Mark, sure ya can!

Kvaalen, where are you seeing problems just out of interest? The immediate items to the camera (including the body, seat, dash, and canopy) are on level 8, with everything else on 6.... I think everything else was on 6 anyway :)

Cheers

On the first picture, towards the top of the rim.
On the third picture the window frame.

CAClark 18-02-2003 01:20 AM

yeah, I can just see segments, like I say, thats rendered on level8, I don't think its wise to go higher hehehe dunno, might try for a laff!

Cheers

Great work Man. One question? Where did you get that beautiful
Windows Theme:D

jovicics 16-03-2003 01:28 AM

Great work indeed!!!!!!!!!
Tell me what is address of that LWG?

Kvaalen 16-03-2003 07:02 AM

LWG:

CAClark 16-03-2003 11:14 AM

LWG is pretty cool, a little busier than here right now, but I guess this forum will get busier and busier. The two are quite different and make a nice contrast to each other :)

I'll post some updates soon too!

These two shots just show a reduction in visible segments in areas where they had been seen.

A pre-nurb pic of the major parts too for anyone that likes that sort of thing

And a lower viewpoint shot cos someone at LWG had asked for it:
