Added a couple more bandsaws to really square it out...

Ok that is great. That worked for part of it. Now the other part is the actual polygon opening itself needs to be square. You see how you have a circle I need it to be square? Any ideas on this.

I squared the flush mount surface to make it look smooth, I also did some fine detailing in place and thining the area. Now I need to square up the actual shape of the area. To make it look more square.

Have you got any images of the car area you're talking about - just so we can see the kind of shape you're wanting to achieve?

Again, by adding geometry - possibly via bandsaw or the knife tool, you can shape the area you are looking at better.

second way is to modify the subpatch weight of points. I think the best effect will bring the combination of two metods - badsawing and working with subpatch weight - because in some situations setting weight value to 100% makes our model too low-poly. Here is the explanation:

I would like to thank you both very much the combo between bandsaw and sub weight I got my desired effects and its just about fine tuning the area now.
