Hey that morph is really nice! One thing I notice though is that your mouth opens and shuts way to quickly.. maybe soften it out and make it go on for a bit longer.. like hes giving a big yawn or scream :D. Very nice though!

I agree with M for the animation but the model (cel shader or not) is really good!
