thanks kevin but it's far from finished.
this is for a short i'm working on.still have to finish the textures,and then texture and rig the dragon,model the entire scene and then animate.i think my grandchildren will have kids before i'm done with it :D

textures are 99% done and he has a chair now :)

i started the rig today so next time he won't look so stiff

Newbie question here....how did you go about texturing him and his clothes? Are there any tutorials you'd recommend?

his textures are UV's .
i didn't like the UV that i got on the clothes so i used the old way (before the UV came :-) ) - planar mapping on XYZ.

here's an update
fixed the textures on the little guy and finished the chair.

next time he'll be sitting in it with a beer in jis hand waiting for me to finish all the rest :D
