Inhaler Scene

Hello,
This is my first time that I've ever posted any work on the web, please tell me what you think of my image. If you like the work then I'll post some other stuff that I've done.

Model built/rendered in Lightwave. Textures created in Illustrator.

Cheers sootin

Please help,
I've just tried posting some work on the site, but when the work was displayed the image looked terrible really badly pixelated. Please could someone help me and tell me what the best way to go about posting images on the web site is i.e File sizes/jpegs/tiffs any help would be really helpful. Also does anyone know after deleting my first image in this thread that I can't add another one to it

cheers sootin

I'd like to see some niceer lighting in here, but as it stands, that looks REALLY cool man. Nice job!

Cheers!

That looks exceptionally real! Excellent work, I can't wait to see more from you.

Claudio 18-02-2004 02:51 AM

Me too.... Grade A+

The only comment I would say is to let the color from the objects show better without the green tone from the ground (or light if that was the case)

Mark 18-02-2004 06:40 AM

Agreed. Excellent modelling and texturing there. Just let down a little by the lighting.

Fallenswordsman 18-02-2004 08:13 AM

What a great first post! Can't say anything more than what has already been said, but great modelling!

Much better light here.... but don't forget to flip the back label from the bottle on the right.

H.I.O.M 03-03-2004 08:41 AM

Looks better:).......but are the labels supposed to be upside down or something?...

dae 03-03-2004 11:00 AM

some DOF would be nice, the labels are the correct H.I.O.M and Claudio, great models sootin.

Dae

chrispo 03-03-2004 11:21 AM

You drop them in upside down - my bro has them I think. I'd use a hdr on them if your going down that realism route.

Smashing job mate. - whats it for?

H.I.O.M 03-03-2004 01:23 PM

Ok thanx! I really haven't seen any so I wouldn't know :)

Divideby0 03-03-2004 05:03 PM

very nice.. I like that you even gave the cardboard of the bok some thickness.

Are you going to animate one being used? :) that would be a nice particle exercise.

Zyk0tiK 04-03-2004 11:24 AM

yeah i was wondering why you guys was saying that the labels are on the wrong way round... cos they are sposed to be that way around :P
