Hi guys been a few months since i have been here, and the last post I had was in the WIP section saying I would put in some stills for the WIP Guyver project I had.

and..

I dunno how to post more than one image at a time, so if the admins want to thumbnail all the images into one posting that would be great guys, know your busy but hey.

The artifact glows and explodes into a beam of light.

I like this image, as most heroes with super powers of some sort have this stance with nature powering behind them, like they are still until it is time to act.

This is the last part this is just a modification of the previous to show the h is now prepared, with fin or horn on his head raised and eyes glowing to show that hes watching.

The basis for this animation was for a computer animation project for a university course in Glasgow about a year ago.

I passed quite well, although alot of this animation is very simple, sky tracer and a cylinder moon with glow accomplished the animated sky, although render times were effected by it.

The location was a bowl with a bump map and atlas UV`s.

The hard part was the character which is in WIP section.

I had to show who he would fight against and with every thing I had done left myself no time to create a decent monster or that so it was rushed. All i did was a head texture it and move the camera around it in a very abstract way but I guess the rest of the stuff got me through.

The guyver itself was something like 250,000 poly`s or more.

Hey Dave am actually back for a couple of resits, comp tech & Digital Video.

So, we probably seen each other about.

What class was my work being shown, cause some of the lecturers do that with everybodies work, but I`d like to know what class lol and what lecturer, just out of pure curiousity.

Checked out your Website too, can wait to see your animations up and running.
