New member greetings

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to post a message introducing myself. I have done and continue to do a bit of 3d work. Not professionally, just for fun and a hobby. And I like to use 3d for adding things to games, plus rendering. I know little of working with animation, but I can simple things with it.

I'm already a member at a few 3D sites around the web, so signing up for a new one means a whole bunch of new stuff to check out! I think each site has things to offer, but mostly for me it is to look through the forums and try to get answers to specific problems I may run into.

I notice a WIP area here, so I hope to be able to get involved with that and post some work. I'm working on a model right now using spline patching, my first attempt at using Modeler with this technique. So hopefully I'll have something to show soon.

This looks like a quality board in an interest that I have, so I'm glad I could get signed in and active. Hopefully I can contribute!

I was clicking through some new tutorials I hadn't seen, on other sites. One of the tutorials links brought me here, and I started looking around. Seeing all the content here, I decided I had to sign up! I think this will be a great place for information that I need, namely the good tutorials and I usually get alot out of the forums. That seems the best place for me when there is a very specific question I'm having.

Thanks for welcoming me aboard. I may post some previous work soon, plus I might have new info regarding new work soon.
This looks like a good board to share in, so I'll keep ya posted!

Thanks again, see ya soon...
