undo
 

Hi everyone, i am learning lightwave... i was searching for a for tutorials and i founded this board. Looks like you can do some cool things with this program, but i have a question, i don't find an undo somewhere? can you guys help me... thx

LightWave Layout only has one undo step, while modeler can have up to 128. You can set the undo steps for modeler in the options panel (hit "o" to bring it up).

The hotkey for undo is "u" in both.

i want to post my progress, but my file is an lwo file, because it's in lightwave, how do i make a gif of it or jpg... thx

just hit the print button on your keyboard, open photoshop (or similar), hit ctrl-n to make a new file followed by ctrl-v for paste.

oh, this is assuming that you're on windows...

My windows requires me to hit Alt+PrintScreen to get a capture.

At that point you can simply paste it into most programs. If you have Photoshop I reccomend you open a new document that matches your screen res (like 1024x768), past it in, and reduce it to something sane, like 800x600 and 72dpi. Make sure resample is checked.
