smoothing
Hi Vik, what you shoudl do is add smoothign to the surface of the object, in either modeler or layout, go to surface editor (default ctrl+f3) then under the basic tab right at the bottom there is an option for smoothing, turn that on. the default smoothing degree is 89.53 degrees, you can play around with this as you like... or if the problem that your trlakin about is that your rendered image is not as smooth as you want it to be, then under camera optiuons in layout select anti-aliasing (AA) set that to about enchanced low, set it higher for a smoother effect but also longer renderign time.
