I was running around the woods behind our house in my socks and sandals getting some pictures for textures and found this.

I knew he was there but my dang cheap excuse for a digital camera doesn't zoom. But here is the rest of the story.

I have friends with all kinds of deer pictures but its not every day that you get the creek like that. She's just young, mother left her and her sister about a week ago. I accidently scared her across the creek, then I had to stay haunched down for what felt like an hour before she'd come take a look.

I am working on a valid rough bark texture, with a color and bump layer. I will uplead it if it turns out to be any good, or you can work on it yourself if you want.

Aw that's so cute! I would love to have something like that round the back of our house but here in overcrowded South-East England, chance will be a fine thing. We have deer in parks, but not running around freely like you have there. You are just so lucky to have that kind of woodland so close by.
