Suggestions on my UV map
This is a self portrait I'm doing for school.
I'm not sure about this UV map, it still needs lots of work but I'm not sure as to the direction I should be going. Any suggestions? Click here (my host does not allow external linking to images) Should work now, sorry chaps, i'm not much of a web guy |
Is it just my browser? I don't see the picture.

I don't see it either.
[edit2] Put the link below into the current browser Address bar. Then you'll see the picture. [edit] Ah! Brinkster dosn't support transloading. http://www32.brinkster.com/wadis/NewUVMAP_Realistic.jpg You'll have to make a quick webpage. To do this go into your file manager and click on "Create new file". Add this code into the main box: <html> <body> <img src="NewUVMPA_Realistic.jpg"><br> </body> </html> On the bottom small bar where it says "Filename" put in: NewUVMAP.html Save and exit the file manager. If all goes well (and the file name is the same) This link should make a new browser window and it will also have your image in it: http://www32.brinkster.com/wadis/NewUVMAP.html HTH |
There is no need to create a web page, just click on the link and drag it into the address bar. :)

That's the easy way, but what about people that are uber browser noobs?
Hm...I guess people that can use lightwave are quite expierinced with computers and their programs. :o |
Check out this site. It is done by Leigh Ven-der-whatever, the queen of CG talk (the classic example of a 3D forum run amuck). She has also done the same tuts but more specialized for lightwave at the Newtek site.
You should find them very useful. http://leigh.cgcommunity.com/index.htm |
Thanks for the help leovenous, by the way your ship is coming along nicely
