hide poly

anyone know how to hid polygons so u don't have to select them all the time?? i am trying to detal a face and work on just the mouth, i keep selecting other polygons. can anyone help real quick??

All the hiding controls are under the display tab.
The most important hideing short cuts are:

- hide selected polys
= hide unselected polys
\ unhide

you could also try modeling your facial parts in a different layer then pasting them back
