Lets say... it is a futuristic frizbee :)
|
Rigley: I havent the first clue of what that is either, futuristic frizbee sounds like good idea :)
Ive seen your posts over at newtek forum too, its an awesome render! good work //Matt |
thanks! i am at the University now, but i have read, that a wireframe is necessary. I'll upload one after i get home.
|
The render is truely amazing.
Hmm... frisbee sounds cool... I'd actually like to try this one out, could be really fun to catch it =) Good work! |
Well... it is a new and quick model, but it was created not specially for this contest. So i will try to tweak it a bit, and keep you updated with screenshots.
Thanks Ving ! I would also like to try it out ! |
It could easily become a sort of frizbee transformer: after all it has a head, two arms and two legs even if evenly spaced right now :)
Anyway, amazing render. Is it DOF made with LW or PS? |
Thank you again, the DoF is with PS, but only because i forgot to use it in LW... its not really correct, but looks ok. The Transformer idea is good, i like it, but i am not too good at animating (to be more exact, i cant animate yet, i only use LW for a few weeks)

Here is the wire, as i promised:

Very Cool Rigley reminds me of Krull an old movie where he threw a bomarang type device just similar to what u got there. I think it looks roxor but U might make it all chrome and add blades to the end. Lol but I don't think that would make for a very good toy then. Keep up the nice work.

Hey Rigley, that looks good, the dof looks a little strange on the last render though.
//Matt |
Ok RiGLEY, I'm still a little new LW so here's a stupid question:
How did you change color of your LW interface? I'm a recently converted 3dsmax user and I miss being able to customize the color of my interface and work environment. I like using dark color schemes. Also, how did you light the first image you posted and what shader(s) did you use? |
