:(Subdivide Problem
 

Hi, can you change some options so when you subdivide it makes a different shape or something like that.

Can you elaborate on what, exactly you're trying to achieve?

I got a book and Im trying to model a body in it, it said to subdivide a box once and it showed a pic of the shape and when I metaformed it i can up with a totaly different shape.:( I dont have any pics of the shape it whants me to make but some one here must have read the book [digital] Character Animation 2 by New Riders thats the book I have.:D Im a newb at Light Wave and would like some help.
