as PolarBear53 suggested i started to make the Master chief from the game Halo...here is his visor...not much...yet

Good start. I got and finished this game this year for pc lots of fun.

Are you modeling a low poly version that could possibly be used for gameing?

Are you doing halo 2 or halo 1 master chief?

cool, when does Halo 2 come ?

Hard to say, they really haven't put out a date yet, but it should be the first half of this year.


Here's my speculation:
You know theres going to be a halo 3, microsoft would make them make one, it would be the title that would sell xbox2, so if they launch soon they would have about 2 years for halo 3. So the way I see it is that they will need to launch sometime soon if they have anything to do with xbox2 which should be out late 2005 early 2006.

I think I might make halo 1 model, if you have 2 pcs, get the halo for pc demo and run it on both and make a lan game, then with the better computer go to the other person and look at them really close from the sides you want and then you will have a backdrop to work with, if you have a dx9 card it is a really good backdrop.

ok i restarted the MC...i realized that the proportions were off so...the delete key became my friend

well in the last week i havent done ne thing, FINALS :( so i havent been able to work on it but after finals and the project i have, due on teusday ill get back to it

ok im going to try and make it as few possible polys as i can however i would be forever in your debt if anyone could make me the bump maps for the model if i give you what you need
