downloading vip tutes

hey phillip.
i just bought some vip points using my mothers credit card. and i just started downloading the first part of the car tutorial. but when it went to the end of the dowload the download didn't stop. its says there is one second left and 30.8 mbs done. but it won't finish for some reason. i don't know whats wrong the little file that goes from the globe to the folder still keeps going as normal but everything else stoped. if this download does't work for some reason do i have to pay again if i want to download the same file again, because i don't want to have u spend 4 points on whats 2.
i hope you can help.
thanks
roshan

Just cancel it and try to DL it again. After you use the points for one you can DL it 5-10 times before they query you for security reasons.

For future reference (i.e.: in case this happens again), I've had similar problems in the past with zip files either not completing, or opening straight away showing empty.

The solution I found was thus:

Open Explorer
Go to Tools/Folder Options/File Types
Look for the file extention you are trying to DL
Select it in the list and click the 'Advanced' button
Ensure that the 'Confirm after Download' box is checked.
OK out of all dialogs
I'm not saying that this was the problem in this case, but it's something to bear in mind (especially if the problem persists)...

Regards,
Mark
