splash

Hey guys,

anyone know of a good plugin to simulate the splash and ripple effect when a waterdrop hits a pool of water? the ripples could ofcourse be done with displacement and the splash with particles, but is there any plugin that takes care of it?

cheers

Matt

I don't know if Realflow might do that...I haven't used it since I have no space left on my comp to install it... but you should try it...I've heard it's good with water

I found a free plugin called ripple_s that seems to do the trick, will try it out later today if I get the time

seems like RealWave is the one to look for instead of RealFlow. :) but I'll have a shot with ripple_s first since its a free plugin and I rather not spend all my savings on a plugin right now.
