Modeling a City

Hey guys, it is I again. pixelone the beginner. My last post was about how to model a ship i.e. the "Black Pearl" your responses were awsome an you got me in the right direction. I will be uploading my progress once I get it going.

Here is my new question, and sorry if you think I am moving a bit fast. I don't sleep for you get much of that when you die, so I catch on fast and I am motivated by you guiys.

How would I go about modeling a City Like a portion of NYC.

My goal is to make it look futuristic like somthing in Minority Report.... I am good with digital video so that will come in handy when I get there.

Thanks you guys.. Any tute. will help or suggestions.

The TreeGen sounds nice, but is there a free alternative for the tree and city nod? Well for a tree plug, I have one and itīs ok. the only thing is, it dont make the leaves on the trees. Name of the free plugin is TreeCage. Maybe someone knows it and can help me out with the Plug.
By the way, I got off Flay.com

Well thank you guys. Hopefully I can use that tool. What tool would they have used in Minority Report to create the Futuristic City of Washington? I thought it would be LightWave or Maya?

I will try that. I hope you guys are not tired of my 20/20 questions. Just trying to get a feel of things and what I can do and not do so I don't let my imagination run to wild.

No prob Dude. You can ask as much as you want. Thats the sense of a forum ;)
I also have alot of questions and almost this site is the only one where I can follow the questions/threads and get an answer ;)
