Video Capturing Probs
 

First off, I´m not sure if this is the right board for this. if not please throw it in the right one ;)

Ok to my prob.
You all have these cool screencapture programms. I have one too, the Camstudio from Ehelp.
But i have a prob with it. Nomatter what kind of frames setting etc i do, my sound I recorded with mic isn´t synchro with the video like it should be while capturing.
On the beginning, it might fit, but after a few minutes the sound is faster than the Video. How can I set the programm so that it will always stay synchron? and if that ain´t possible, how can I do that afterwards?

I cant remember what I used but I do remember it took me about 2 weeks of constant testing to get anything at all... but I didnt use camtasia, maybe sang it or something :(
