DAMN o_O. It looks awesome. So many points :D. How do you align all these points so perfectly?
What do I have to configure, that these shadows are so smooth and the object looks like real plastik? |
Wow! Nice detail!

For this case, I put light intensities to 0% (for every light)
Next, active "Enable Radiosity" and....... ;) |
Did you not make a dome around it (To use the luminosity as a source of light)?
|

http://www.lightwave3d.com/tutorials...n_skydome.html This is the tutorial that tought me about GI along time ago, but I barely use it since it takes sooooooo long (I prefer fake GI). ;) |
long time..... i know......
how you fake GI? I know a fake to fake GI in a room using raytracin' but.... how you do in a landscape?? I use a classic 4-lights system (main light, back light, fill light and cenital light) |
To make fake GI you just need to make a sphere of lights (it's very simple with LW 7.5).
Then you can just save the scene and when you want to add it to another scene, just go to File>>Load>>Load items from scene, and choose yes when it asks you if you want to load lights too. |
This looks great! Can we get a polycount?
|
hey! really nice attention to detail! would love to see the textured version of this tank :)
keep it up... v. |
# polys == around 80.000
