Shark W.I.P.
Here is a shark I started last night. No mouth work yet. The left image is from Modeler, the right is a quick test with a simple texture.
Awsome model man...looks great...I'm looking forward to see the final result..
Definitely looking forward to this one. Any plans to animate him?
yep, it will be animated.
Great!...looking forward even more now :D
You won't have to wait very long. The project is due the first week of March so I'll have it going shortly.
Excellent! Good to see this kind of thing getting modelled.
yummy
I love sharks.. totally cool my friend |
Underwater scenes is one of those things that is really hard to get right. Easy to screw up, but hard to get right. Pixar managed it (after around 12 months research) in finding Nemo, but still ... not the easiest environment to get just right...
All the more rewarding IMHO.
Here is the shark after some texturing. The 2 on the right had some post work done in After Effects. The shark was getting too close to the camera in Layout so I had to quit for the evening. The particles in the water are simple Hypervoxels.
"yummy I love sharks.."
lol...do you eat sharks or they eat you ? :D |
Excellent visuals Cory.

Also can't wait for the animation :) |
