D-Storm's UV Edit Pro
Hi did anyone get the new D-Storm's UV Edit Pro free from newtek?
Can some one point me to how to work it :o cheers |
At the moment, I'd settle for someone telling me how to stop it blowing up Modeller ... its a cool plugin, but seems to be really unstable.
Think I'll stick with using deep paint 3d... |
well mark - thats all fine and well if your minted. :)
|
Nah - got mine second hand on eBay...
Seriously though, did you also download the English documentation PDF. It gives a reasonable explanation of how the thing operates - print it out though first. I seem to get incredible problems with Modeller if I'm flipping back and forth between it and acrobat - I suspect a memory leak somewhere... Also, I have heard tell in another forum that UVEditPro is very unstable with Subpatched objects, so apply your UVMaps to straight polys only and things should be better... |
cheers mark, I've printed out the manual - looks a decent plug. Hope it dont screw up my modeller... Let you know.
