Question from the Free Head tutorial
 

I am at the eye section of this tutorial. So far its pretty good but the guy does a lot of things and doesnt mention the hotkeys. Since Im new with lightwave I have to go searching through and trying everything i think it may be from the menu.

There was a face covering where the whites of your eye would be. We deleted and then later he brings it back. What he does is select the points on the perimeter of the eye and says something about a poly. I cant understand the exact phrase and boom its back. Anyone know what to do. I wanted to submit a pic but im not sure how to take a screenshot.

I suspect that you are referring to one of Phil's 'Helper Polys'. All this is is a manually created polygon. What you need to do is select your points that will make the polygon, and press the 'p' key. Simple.
