While I wait..

While I am waiting to hear from the hospital (Sue is in for an operation to remove a wisdom tooth) I have been dooodling!

The resultant renders are pretty neat!

aswome work! Its my new wallpaper :)

could you post a wireframe please

how did you model the sphere?

Fallenswordsman 19-03-2004 08:05 PM

Really nice, Craig. They sort of have a very "Tron" feel to them for me. But I like what I'm seeing here.

Hope the word from the hospital is good.

Mark 19-03-2004 08:17 PM

Nice Doodles. I was thinking how 'Tron' they looked myself, then realised that Fallenswordsman has beaten me to it... :)

Hope Sue's OK after her dental surgery.

CAClark 19-03-2004 08:52 PM

Thanks guys, you aren't alone in saying TRON, quite a few people have said it.

Sue is doing ok, but she hasn't reacted well to the anesthetic & pain killers, so she is being kept in over night. Hopefully I can bring her home tomorrow morning :)

Cheers!

PS.. Here's a wire of the sphere Scarvin :)

How did the wisdom teeth go?

H.I.O.M 23-03-2004 11:28 AM

Looks really awesome for such a simple model...tell your missus we feel sympathy for her...:)

btw: can you change colors of the tools menu?...

CAClark 23-03-2004 04:29 PM

Hey guys, the wisdoim tooth op is all done now, but she didn't react well with the drugs and anesthetic. She is over the worst of that now though, just swelling and lots of pain to deal with. I've took a couple of extra days off work to stay with her though.

Glad you's liked the image anyway.... which menu did you mean?

Cheers!

Scarvin 23-03-2004 04:35 PM

I think he means the orage one on the left.

PS: Did you read my pm?

Yes you can, and there's a thread right on this very site telling you how to do it. (Aren't we good) :)

Here is a thumbnailed list of a bunch of colour setups (where I got this one from):

This is really cool...Lightwave has such a bold design but a little colors makes a huge difference :)

YEAH! there is nothing you can't find here right? :D thanx Mark & CAClark:)
