C4 plugins

Anyone have a copy of the C4 plugins? The link on their site is broken. :(

i just had a look into it and the download works fine... If anything try using Internet Explorer to download it.

hey what does the plug in do?
Is it for modeler or layout?

Modeler AND layout. It blows stuff up (like C4).
