I would be interested in know if the McLaren tutorial covers the rendering and the materials.

And what parts of the tutorial are.

I noticed that in the texturing section there are 5 vidoes of the Maclaren, so my question is if I buy the fulMaclaren package does it include the 5 texturing videos?

No the Half-price package is only for the Mclaren modeling. The texturing tutes are extra and do not come with it.
