Challenge Contributors - please read!

Welcome to our challenge Board.

We plan to call challenges on a monthly basis at least. Usually a challenge will run for 1 month, after that no more updates are accepted.

When a challenge is called, please open 1(!) thread with the challenge title and your nickname ("challenge title - nickname"). In this thread put all your updates (screenshots, renders etc.).

Other users may post comments in this thread too.

We'll discuss the entries and announce the winners shortly after the competition is closed. On your final render place a mark saying either "newbie" or "advanced", since we will announce a winner for each.

Prizes will be announced in the call of a challenge.

Might be a bad idea, or too much work for you, but I would consider myself somewhere between newbie and advanced.. kinda intermediate.. maybe a category for me ( and the rest of us intermediate guys ) would be good.

yep, that would be too much of an effort I guess... sorry, but I think it's pretty cool to actually have 2 classes so newbies don't get left behind...

ok?

cheers,

yup, I agree.. its a great idea.. I was just being picky ;)
one question though, how do you determine whos newbie and whos not? :)

cheers!

the naked truth is: we can't. We'll just have to rely on your honesty. If someone marked as "Newbie" however posts outstanding work, we might start some investigations :p
