what app should i use for viewing the movie tutorials from here? i got some divx codecs but the movies dont work :( are they avi files? or not?

I take it they have downloaded with the extension .pl?

I vertiis, I've no problem with OSX on mac viewing these .avi. Check what Kevin said and here's a link for the codec I use ;)
