anyone can help me to tech me to draw this picture, use lightwave software. show me the step how to draw this picture coz i want to learn.

Well, u should start off wit some tutorials, which will give u some basic knowledge on how to model stuff. Then, by using what u noe, u should work ur way around making those two....

If you have some specific questions we can help you answer but no one here is going to be able to teach you.

Start with some beginner tutorials and learn the important tools. Take one step at a time. First play with modeling, then when you think you got and idea try some textures on it. Afterwards try lighting the scene and finally setting camera's up and render it.
