No points allocated / How can I contact anyone?
 

Since I didn't get any reply via e-mail I am trying it here.

Last evening, I bought some points (Paypal/Credit Card) but did not get any allocated to my account. I was told through an e-mail to provide some missing information to complete the transaction which I did. That e-mail also announced an automatic refund in case I wouldn't answer within 24 hours. Thus I tried to reach any of you guys as soon as possible but still got no reply. 25 hours and several e-mails to various adresses later I still have no response at all from anyone.
