I'm want to make a futuristic city and have to make some skyscrapers
but I don't know how I model skyscrapers mainly the windows and stuf could anyone give some tips or tutorials ?

The book Inside Lightwave 7 has a superb tutorial on modelling a skyscraper - in fact, one of the best you'll see anywhere I reckon...

You could also try CityGen. It is a plugin in Eki's ModPak and you can get it for free but it has some annoying popups.
