Molten look problem

Here, I tried to model Alfa Romeo GTV, and it looks like its made of molten plastic. How I worked? First came the splines from the blueprints, then I connected 3 points from splines into polygons and SubPatched it and so on to make the chassis. It turned out like this. It seems the more I try to fix it the more it gets the molten look. Any help?http://img219.exs.cx/img219/9001/alfarender8qf.jpg

Try increasing the geometry around the areas that you need to up the detail. The bandsaw tool is ideal for this type of work...

you might try selecting the side window poly's then simply beveling them in a bit to give the roof and body panels some depth.

If you want to keep the same poly count you can try selecting the window polys and cutting and pasting them, that'll take care of the massive smoothing, just don't merge the points.
