Hugs.
PS: Sorry about my english, I hope you can understand it.

Looks really good so far! I can't wait to see the finished object. :)

Your English is quite good. ;)

I havnt really much to say apart from it looks very good so far, wouldnt mind seeing a wire frame of whats been done so far.

I make some progress (i think :P).

I forgot the texture at this time, I will make the entire model first. The texturing process make me mad, and I decided to "burn" my last texture attempt.

I think my subpatch freeze on the body make the things heavier and harder. By the way, on the next models I remember thatīs not a good idea. (Not under the construction progress).

The model is under a Sky Dome attempt, using radiosity.

Iīm sending 2 new pics. Critics and suggestions are very welcome.

Rendered wireframe.
Itīs not good, have a lot of polys and some construction errors (more polys on some places than others).

This is some excellent work man, although the poly count is going to be through the roof, then again its worth it!!!

Brilliant modelling!!

Cheers

Simple,

Thanks about the comment.
I think this "big" project helps me to learn how to manage and start a model. Some thing might be in mind.

1 - When more polys, more time to render and more difficult to model the other parts. (And make minor changes to the structure to fit some new things)

Now I have something like 419841 polys, and i have to make the other parts in other object, then copy and paste into a layer. Is more hard model this way.

But...
Iīm learning doing things wrong. Is the hardest way but I think Iīll never forget it.

Hugs.

PS: I hope you can understand my message.

Nice looking model.

I know what you mean about learning the hard way and not forgetting. I started to model with alot of polys, and now learning ways of making the same modeling with fewer polys, and come out with the same results. There are some case where more the poly the better.

Keep up the good modeling.

Cheers

After learning the hard way, i deleted the other bass and start modeling my bass.

This one have 12.000 polys, I think itīs really better to manage and edit.

Critics are welcome.

Looks clean, but I really can not tell without looking at a wireframe from the previous model to the current. But, if you show a wire frame of the current, that will show us more detail on how the model was formed. Of course this is up to you to post a wireframe.

Cheers,
promethius
