Money back guarantee?
 

I was wondering if you guys offer snippets of the videos or money back guarantees? Or store credit? I have purchased trainings before that just werent up to shuff. Not that I am saying yours are not up to snuff.

I don't think there is a money back guarantee!. The videos are for learning. You don't get money back for not learning if thats the case I want all the money back I spent for 4 years in college. LOL.

College and dvd's are a bit different. But I appreciate the sarcasm, The video quality/sound quality could be bad. I could get it and it dont play... A few different scenarios that could lead me to want a refund or whatever. It was just a curiosity question.

Actually if there are reviews of the dvd that would be great also. Being that I am in college and limited on cash I gotta be careful what I spend. 59 bucks is like 2 weeks of food for me.

Acually I think I am going to go out on a limb and purchase this set. But how do you make the purchase without using paypal? I have a paypal but it takes too long to transfer money to it to cover the charge. I just want to use my credit card.

I believe that the Cheque and Credit Card only payments were stopped due to the high incidence of fraudulent payments that were coming through - send a PM to Kevin and enquire if there are any other payment options available though - can't hurt.

On the subject of trying the videos before you buy them, then you can always check out the vids in the free tutorial section.

Nevermind I figured it out. In paypal you can add an alternate payment credit card. I did that and it went thru. So hopefully I get my dvd's soon...yiippee.!!

Sorry I have another stupid question. Will I receive a dvd set in the mail? I notice there are download buttons. I did not dload anything yet because I was not sure if I can do both, download and get a dvd in the mail.

If you buy any of the many dvds that are coming to slw then the quality will be 10 x greater then that of a downloadable tutorial. But saying that the quality is good.

Try the elephant that is free for a small sample of the quality - but hopefully soon we hope to maybe have a snip bit of the higher res ones for samples.

what would have been better is to order it on the dvd from the dvd page - this is so you can pick your shipping method. But I will send you a high res dvd in any case.

It will be processed today and shipped first thing tomorrow morning

And I called myself being cautious and reading the whole site before buying..lol. At one point there was a cd-r option. But I did not want a cd-r but a dvd. I did not see a separate dvd page. So did I do the honorable thing by not dloading?

I have sent PM's but I will try this way as well. I have not received my DVD's, I am just checking to make sure there was not a problem with shipping. I wanted to receive them before I left out of town. Please let me know the status.
