We expect several brief interruptions while routers reload and routes converge.

The network team will replace the router that has been causing the intermittent outages today

There will be a short outage (5 minutes) while the router reloads and the routes converge.

The network team will replace two (2) routers that have been causing intermittent outages.

There will be a short outage (5 minutes) while the routers reload and routes converge.

Also, the router that was causing the intermittent outages this week was replaced last night.

We will be performing on going firmware upgrades on numerous layer 2 switches. During the maintenance window, customers attached to these switches can expect an approximate 5-minute outage as the switch reboots.
