Spline modeling! Have little problem.

I am trying to model a head with using spline tool. Though I am working from a video tut. In the video I got half way thorugh and got stuck there. I am at the part where you shape the nose. Both sides of the whole head are selected. But when I try to shape it, it never comes out like in the video. This video doesn't really tell everything and I had to spend so much time figuring it out. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

I am pretty sure some of you have seen the spline video tut?

I'm having a hard time following your issue. Can you post a screen shot?

I could if I knew how.

How do I take the picture of that object in Modeler? I see many people do it but I can't do it.

I'm sure there's some function in lightwave to do it, but for now you can just press Ctrl-[Print Screen], then go to MS Paint or something & Ctrl-V to paste it in. Try to convert it to a jpeg though if you're going to post it as I think the Print Screen thing saves it as a bitmap (Which is big)

recent windows versions offer a possibility to save as jpeg in paint. ;)

It's alright now. I don't plan on doing spline head modeling yet. It's been pretty long since i made this topic. So I have learned quite a bit till then.

But I'd like to show you guys a box head modeling that I'm working on. I still have long way to go. But here is the start.

I'm sorry i couldn't make it any bigger.

From my point of view. This is actually pretty good from a beginner. I only been using lightwave for a month.

I still have alot of fixing to do.

I'll show you the final result when I'm done.

I do not do faces or heads, or bodies for that matter, but I can see that you will need to up your point count on that nose cage because at the moment if you adjust it, it draws from the eyes also.
