MAC saved object doesn't open on PC...

how to save an object on a mac so that yo can open it on a pc (to use pc modeler plugins) ,untill now it doesn't recognize the mac object..and the icon has changed as well.

Make sure you are using the dot 3 extention in the file name... like object.lwo
