Hello,

Just ordered the Novice UV Layout and Novice Texture painting dvds. Your site states that once ordered that the tuts will appear as "downloaded" so that we can download them. This is not working. It says I dont have enough points to download them.

What gives? You see I live in the infamous "Allah's Sandbox" here in Biloxi MS where we just had 2 Category 5 Hurricane's whip thru. He must be punishing us "Crusaders".

Well, anyway my point is that the mail service here is almost non-existent and that is the reason why I bought the DVD's. Because your site says I can download the tuts after buying them.

So please help. I have the receipt to prove I bought them.

Custom DVDr's may be downloaded not DVDs however taking into account your situation I have credited your account with the downloadable versions also.
