'Yep, it's the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man', :)
Hi,
In the spirit (Pun not intended:P) of Halloween, I decided to model an old favourite of mine: http://www.purplecabbage.com/wip_ima...ay_Puft_01.jpg DaveLEWIS |

Lookin' good there Davey...
|
I was going to comment about the weird bulge under his eyes, but having image googled Stay Puft, I found it was meant to be there anyway. Very minor niggle but his hat seems to collide with his head slightly and isn't *quite* fitting the contours of his head, but otherwise, very nicely done.

"...What did you do Ray?... ...Mother Pusbucket!!" - Has to be one of my favourite pseudo-swears from a film! |
Yep - gotta say its a nice little render - the texturing looks very well done. :attn:

Nice one Dave. Although I think he could do with a little less blurring in the shot.

Hi Mark,
Thankyou:) Fixed the Shadow: http://www.purplecabbage.com/wip_ima...ay_Puft_05.jpg DaveLEWIS |
Ooops:P
|
How about if you apply a little film grain to your staypuff? You could also use a gentle purple light behind him, just to light the shadow a little. Fantastic work.
|
Thankyou, nice tips, I'll try that:)
