i like your little characters....very cute.

A big improvment over the old design.
You could add a touch of color to the cheeks and nose to add to the cold weather look.

I remember these guys - weren't they your first ever characters? Only a year ago? You've improved a lot since then.

I agree with Dave though, maybe make the fellow look a bit colder by perhaps altering colour in the face a little.

Much better then the old one.

did you use saslite for the fur?
