Rail Grinder
1 Attachment(s)
A project that I've started on recently. Built in 1928 to grind out rail corrugations on traction lines.
Will post some wips shortly... Cheers... Merry Christmas to all:beer: |
Looks like a great project there, Odeone! I really like to see transport related models - must do one myself some time.

Looks excellent so far, Odeone - just out of interest, what references have you found for this or are you using the one picture?

Thanks Fallenswordsman. I've got some side and front drawings as well as some reference pictures I found in an old magazine. Certainly makes life easier, than trying to guess. Projects of this nature I'd prefer to have blueprint type plans. Heres a link where you can get some. Check out the U-Boat if its still there... http://www.suurland.com/blueprints_archive.php Heres the roof section. Still a bit to go... Cheers |

Wow great detail on the Rail Grinder. Are you modeling the inside as well?
|
That's looking great! Awesome detail.

Wow - I missed an update here! Fantastic piece of modelling here, Odeone - the detail is excellent! Love all the rivets.
