Bought DVD online, how to download... & more Q's.
 

Hello! Firstly, I'd like to say the site is awesome. I love the tutorials on here, I watched quite a few free ones, and it convinced me to finally buy one. :)

With that said, here come my questions!

1) I just bought the McLaren DVD, and I am wondering when/how can I download it? As I know I will get the DVD's in the mail, I would like to download the vids and start asap.

2) Does purchasing DVD's make you a VIP? I hope so. ;)

Edit: 3) Should I also receive a confirmation email regarding my order of the McLaren DVD?

... problem also here, bought the DVD more then 2 weeks ago and no status information if or when it will be shipped. Maybe some one can explain here in Forum when they will shipp...

... I wrote an email, a private message and a post here in forum, but no answer about my order from 7. january. I still only want to know if it was shipped or if it will be shipped...

I bought the Mclaren tute sometime ago and had no problems.
Previous threads on this topic explain the questions quite well.

I didnt recive any fedback from simplylightwave.com till now. My points was taken and I am waiting since 7. january on an information, when or if they have shipped my dvd.

... I did a test, downloading a video from my order, and payed 2 additional points for that! No answer till now from Simplylighteawe.com where my other points are or if they shipp my order from 7.January... I like to have a little help whats going on... Please help me !! I have also no answer from my emails or pm I send to David or Philip...

I only just ordered yesterday,says 3-5 working days in the UK, I'm really hoping to get started on the tutorial this week. I didnt get no confirmation email either,
