point purchasing frustrations
 

I have tried to purchase 35 points a couple of times but I seem to only be able to purchase 14 points at a time. Is there a reason for this. I has nothing to do with my credit limit as I have purchase the points back to back? Buying points this way so more expensive and I was wondering why I am unable to purchase the points that I want?

I selected the points and when in paypals site it says that it cannot authorize the credit card transaction, but It will let me purchase like 14 points back to back.

I have made 4 purchase in just a couple of days without adding to my credit card.
