Hi, I've been order 2 tutorial DVD from simplylightwave. My ordering / payment details:

My bill credit card statement have been received and the ordering amount have been deducted but the DVD still not received. I need your comfirmation about my DVD status. When I can get the DVD?

These things do happen and I`ll do my best to correct any problems that have occurred.

Give as much information as you can about the order you placed and as much as you can about the problem you have.

General info on DVD orders


All orders are processed in the order they arrive.

All orders are filled and posted within 3 days of order (when possible, under heavy work loads this may be a day or two longer).

Holidays and weekends we do not process orders.

The time your receive your DVD's is dependant to where its going, so don't expect your order to reach you the next day if you live in Australia.



Custom DVDr`s

These follow the above rules. However If your ordering a lot of tutorials try to do it in one order, your paying for tutorials not disc's.

This saves you having your order spilt into different post packets.

Delivery

From the UK

Delivery 4 -14 days for both US and the rest of the World for all orders
Delivery 4- 21 days for Australia and New Zealand


Special Note :


Deliveries to Italy 1 to 4 weeks *
Deliveries to South Africa 1 to 8 weeks *
Deliveries to South America 2 to 8 weeks *

(Deliveries normally arrive at destination country with 7 days, local postal services seem to add the extra time)

I already contact the email from your information at above. They only answered me 1 time, then there's no other reply. I have been waiting my DVD almost 2 month but untill now I still not receive the DVD. I really need yhe DVD and if posible would you change the amount into point because it is quite large amount for me to just let it burn. Please do help me.... I appreciate your cooperation.

Okay - weird - I posted this morning on the SimplyMaya site to alert Tubby of your conundrum, and by this afternoon my post had been deleted. Hopefully this means that it's being dealt with.
