Simple Rope

Does anyone know how to construct a simple three-ply rope? Have tried the twist tool and had a go with the demo rope editor plugin with no avail

;) look for the rope plugin its on flay i think you have buy the plug
they have a demo that you can use you can also modify it in real time real nice.......
