Be good to see a close up or some wire's looks cool. Reminds me of the czech cartoon character Krteček.

Looks good. A wireframe would help so we could check out your poly flow. Maybe a bit brighter lighting too.

If you can post up a wireframe of the model that would be great. Also the polygon coloring plug-in from Artsphere is a great way to check out the flow of the model when rendering.
