Transfer by Bank
 

Hi there,

I transfered the money for 35 Points by bank on April 28. My money was gone on April 30.
I send a message to the e-mail adress that was written in the faq.

But I didn't got any points, yet. Whats wrong? :confused:

cant today as its bank holiday.

did you pay the charges you end for the transfer?

Charges were 12 € and I paid it myself :(.
