Character Tut

Well i went through the Movies and everything worked just fine exept one thing TT
I think it's in the second part when u adjust the thighbones (using the Pivot Record). My problem is i can't seem to change it's radius, it's bending outword wich look's quit silly ^_^
I tryed again using that option but it's not changing anything. But i can use the Pivot rotation to get it there , but it wont stay in place???

Thx for any help^^

did you create keayframes immediately after changing the pivot rotation?

Cron 09-05-2003 01:39 PM

Yes, but it still seems to defom weird.

Hope this works?'

ok, that zip should do the Job, sorry

philip 09-05-2003 02:58 PM

ok, the problem is that you have values for rotation keyed to that bone, so first record pivot rotation, then adjust pivot rotation with the rotate pivot point tool.

Cron 09-05-2003 03:07 PM

ok, i just tryed and what happens is this ,
the pivot does stay in place now , but after adding the null and making the IK chain it still bends in a wrong way?

philip 09-05-2003 03:10 PM

what do you mean by "rotates the wrong way"?

Cron 09-05-2003 03:14 PM

Try moving the R_Foot_CTR
