I cannot seam to connect to the mIRC chat server? Is it just me?

When is it going to be working? I miss all my mIRC friends and I havent been smacked with a Trout in like 5 days. /me goes into Trout withdrawl.

To help aliviate my Trout withdrawl I made this little trout in Notepad.
