VIP Benefits !!
 

Hi all!

Just thought I would drop you guys a note to tell you of the upcomming vIP member benefits we will have here at simplylightwave.

As you all know - It is the VIP members alone who keep this site running - so they should receive the best service available... so this is the intended changes.

normal members will have the following restrictions

1. Access to the free tutorials only
2. A download speed Limit of any free movie tutorials.
3. A queing system so they wont be able to download if there are more then 15 - 20 people already downloading. They will be greeted by a "Please try later" notice
4. They will NOT have the ability to split movie files into smaller file sizes.

Vip Members will receive

1. Access to all the VIP tutorials!
2. Un-restricted speed limit to ALL movies
3. No queing at all
4. Vip members WILL be able to choose the size to download there files in.

Also regardless or not if a VIP member has anypoints left - once that person has signed up once then they will always remain a VIP member.

I hope you understand the reasons in the above action. Vip members pay for a service so should infact receive a better service.

These changes will be online ASAP

So - If your not already a VIP member here at slw then theres now no better time to do it!

I really agree with that so you have my support for this one. ;) However, I have a question to ask, will I be in VIP section because I ordered CD but didn't bought any points yet? I mean that's also paying for the service, right?

No mate Im afriad at the moment it does not make you in to a vip , but I will look into this as you have a very valid point!

Can Vip members choose the size to download there files already like at SM or is it still being planned.

yes the vip members her will be able to choose there file sizes from the next couple of weeks

because Lightwave 3D 8 is soon available !! ( july/august, i think )....and........8 Euros/$ : it's not enough, and
888 : too expensive !
